Giveaway Official Rules: Amble Clothing USA-Only Giveaway

Eligibility:

1. The Amble Clothing USA-Only Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Amble Clothing and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period:
2. The Giveaway begins on [3/12/24] and ends on April 1st, [4/01/24]. Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be considered.

How to Enter:
3. To enter the Giveaway, participants must sign up using their email through the official Giveaway entry form located on the Amble Clothing website. Only one entry per person is allowed.

Winner Selection and Notification:
4. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be announced via Amble Clothing's official social media channels within [5 Days] following the end of the Giveaway. The winner will also be notified via email using the email address provided during entry. If the winner does not respond within [10 Days] of the initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize:
5. The winner will receive a Surfboard (Long Board) & [Amble Gift Card/ Amble Gear]. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to provide their personal information, including their email address, solely for the purpose of receiving email newsletters and updates from Amble Clothing. Participants' personal information will be used in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without the participants' consent.

7. This Giveaway is hosted on Instagram, a social media platform. Participants agree to comply with Instagram's terms of service and guidelines for giveaways or promotions. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

General Conditions:
8. Amble Clothing reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to tamper with the entry process. Amble Clothing reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond their control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
9. The Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the state of California.

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Amble Clothing, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
